Job description
We are seeking caring Support workers to join our dedicated team of care professionals who fill temporary shifts in various social care settings.
On a day-to-day basis, support worker duties could include helping with meal preparation, household chores, administering medication, managing finances, accessing community facilities, going shopping, meeting friends, visiting the doctors, finding a job, or providing general emotional support.

Requirements
For NHS roles you must have:
– A valid NMC pin
– 6 months + NHS experience

Requirements
For social care shifts you must have:
- Previous experience working as a Carer in the UK for 6 months or more
- Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
- Reliable and dependable, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and care plans effectively.
- Commitment to upholding professional standards and adhering to ethical principles in care delivery.
