Lauren works closely with care professionals to make sure incidents get handled quickly and efficiently. She also takes care of Florence policies and helps prepare for regulatory audits, like those conducted by the Care Inspectorate.

Andrew has been with Florence since 2021 and manages the Candidate Management Team. They ensure that health and social care professionals can seamlessly join the platform.

Andrew also supervises ongoing compliance of health and social care professionals by working with the Governance Team to ensure training, professional registrations and certifications are kept up to date.

Lauren Rofe, formerly a strategic consultant at PwC, joined Florence to shake things up and be part of a mission-driven team. Passionate about cross-functional transformation, she leverages technology to tackle healthcare staffing shortages. Lauren oversees customer service, recruitment, compliance, account management and operational excellence at Florence. Known for turning chaos into clarity, she believes in collaboration and the power of a good coaching session. Her mission? To create a stellar user experience and scale Florence across the UK and beyond. Lauren is a dot-connector, an insatiably curious mind, and her team’s biggest cheerleader. Plus, she loves a fun fact and a hearty laugh!

Callum is passionate about healthcare staffing and recruitment and has worked with NHS nurses for over 7 years.

Jen is the branch nurse and registered manager for Florence in Scotland. She’s been a registered nurse for 14 years and has been working as a clinical lead for the last 5 years.

She supports Scottish nurses with clinical issues and maintaining their professional registration through supervisions, appraisals, revalidation support and management of clinical incidents.
